Dr. Guillaume was born in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Biological Sciences. He received his medical degree from UCLA and Charles Drew University and completed Otolaryngology training at the King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Guillaume completed fellowship training in Microvascular and Reconstructive Surgery at the USC School of Medicine. He served as Assistant Professor and Director of Ambulatory Care in the Otolaryngology Department at Charles Drew University for four years before entering private practice.
He and his wife have two children and his interests include listening to jazz, playing golf, cactus gardening, cooking, and reading mysteries.
