Brian R. Langford, MD, is a licensed physician from San Antonio, TX. He attended college at the University of Texas at Austin where he was named a Distinguished College Scholar. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and graduated as one of three students with highest honors. While there, he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and was awarded the Dr. Y Alan Lambert Award for Excellence in Medicine. Dr. Langford then completed his residency training at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Langford is motivated and inspired by the privilege he has as a physician to impact his patients’ health and overall quality of life. He believes his calling to be a physician is deeply rooted in his faith and strives to treat his patients with empathy, hope, and comfort – as he would wish to be treated. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Langford enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. As an Eagle Scout, he enjoys the outdoors (especially the Frio River)!
Dr. Langford is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Special interests include pediatric ENT, allergy/sinus surgery including balloon sinuplasty, head and neck cancer (including thyroid, parathyroid, and parotid surgery), ear disease, and sleep apnea.
