William C. Smith, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a licensed physician from Fort Worth, TX. He received his Bachelor of Science in the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. From there, Dr. Smith went on to attend medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Upon his completion, he completed his internship in general surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, and completed his residency in otolaryngology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Dr. Smith trained under David S. Parsons in San Antonio when completing his fellowship in rhinology and sinus surgery. He was honored to join the Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and served as the Former Vice Chairman for the Department of Otolaryngology at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. Dr. Smith is an active member of the St. Mark’s Episcopal Church where he serves many roles, including Medical Mission Team Leader. He has lead medical missions to Honduras, Peru, Mexico, and Vietnam. Dr. Smith is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, where he specializes in sinus surgery and treatment, federal otolaryngology, laryngopharyngeal reflux, and sleep apnea.
